ARK micro, established 13 years ago by Chengdu Ark Microelectronics Co., Ltd., focuses on the research, design, production, and sales of power semiconductor devices. It is the only company in China dedicated to the design of depletion-mode MOSFETs. The main product lines cover both consumer and industrial sectors, primarily producing power semiconductor devices and offering power management and circuit protection solutions.
